Its that special time to embrace your inner pride,as you let your inner lgbt spirit shine through,not only are you jumping across the rainbows by embracing yourself but also on this very colorful day,it is important for people to honor you with equality and respect,after all you deserve a place in this world just like evreyone else,on this rainbow filled day,it is a day that evreyone gets to appreciate that you exist,so many in the past had fought to gain you the rights that you have today way back then they didnt even allow woman to date woman,or man to date man,or even polys in the world,way back in the old days it was a crime to most,and to this day sometimes people poorly recognize others for being lgbtq in the world ,and some do not wish to recognize them peacefully,and to this day many who are lgbtq are still fighting the world even still in the current present,and way back many activists fought until pride had become a day and not only did it become a day but it took so many years to marry the person or be with the one that they love either male to male,or female to female,or any other gender,they kept fighting until they were noticed and kept fighting for lgbt rights without giving up so on this day of pride i am visiting the national lgbtq museum on secondlife and reading on the amazing activism that people within the lgtbq community have shown during the early years that deserve some recognition,as this time piece of history is very important,however despite the storms that try to take your inner rainbow away you have to just keep on fighting,somewhere out there in the world,there are people who understand what it is like to be afraid to exist in a world that will not treat you like you are a living equal,noone likes to be treated with indifference or to be treated like they shouldn't be able to live for being who they are in a world that doesn't want them to live,so many are struggling to this day,and so scared of how the way the world is turning so unsafe fast,that is why you deserve to have that safe foundation,a place to find where you will solely belong and live in without having to fear of the anti lgbt laws,and that is in fact why having a day of pride is important,you deserve to come out of the shadows to be yourself as you dance through those colors proudly and scream to the world that yes i am an individual and an equal too and as i am supporting all of those who are being affected or afraid to come out into a world that is making it hard for them to be equally embraced i am wearing this cute outfit made by Lulabelle just perfect for supporting others on this special day and showing my pride!
